Role Overview
- We seek self-motivated, commission-based Sales Representatives to join our team and help drive growth. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential for individuals passionate about sales, automotive innovation, and outdoor adventure.
- Target only new Wholesaler/Distributor/Builder (WDB) customers.
- Identify and pursue new WDB sales opportunities within the camper van components market.
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct customers.
- Promote Amazing Auto products to generate leads and close sales.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions based on our product line.
- Represent Amazing Auto at trade shows, industry events, or virtual sales meetings.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and meet assigned sales targets.
- You must legally work in the United States and have at least one of the following documents:
- Certificate of Naturalization N-550, N-570, N-578
- Certificate of Citizenship N-560, N-561, N-645
- Employment Authorization card (I-766)
- Northern Mariana Card
- S. Citizen Identification Card (I-179, I-197)
- Temporary Resident Identification Card (I-688)
- Refugee I-94 Record of Arrival and Departure stamped "Refugee”
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in automotive, camper van, or outdoor lifestyle industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure.
- Access to reliable transportation for client visits (when required).
- Submit monthly sales report.
- High commission rates with uncapped earning potential.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.

- Product training and strategic support to help you succeed.
- 10% commission rate on all your sales.
- 90-day exclusive cookie period. (The customer must place the first order within this period to qualify for the commission, also known as the close day.)
- An additional annual bonus of 5% will be awarded for every $50,000 in sales achieved per customer.
- Exclusive customer rewards continue to pay for up to 3 years.
- There is a 30-day lockdown period before another sales representative can approach the same new customer.

- Single Customer Total Reward: Commission + Bonus

Scenario 1
Sales representative A reached out to new WDB customers A and B on days 5 and 15. He closed both deals on days 45 and 55. Customer A and B spent $10k and $50k in the first year, $20k and $50k in the second year, and $15k and $105k in the third year, respectively.
Total 3 years of rewards from customers A and B will be:
- Eligible A: ⌊90 / 45⌋ = 1
- Eligible B: ⌊90 / 55⌋ = 1
- Commission A: ($10k + $20k + $15k) × 10% × 1 = $0.45k
- Commission B: ($50k + $50k + $105k) × 10% × 1 = $20.5k
- Bouns A: (⌊$10k / $50k⌋ + ⌊$20k / $50k⌋ + ⌊$15k / $50k⌋) × $50k × 5% × 1 = $0
- Bouns B: (⌊$50k / $50k⌋ + ⌊$50k / $50k⌋ + ⌊$105k / $50k⌋) × $50k × 5% × 1 = $10k

Scenario 2
Sales representative A reached out to new WDB customers A and B on days 35 and 75. He closed both deals on days 65 and 75. Customer A and B spent $100k and $150k in the first year, $200k and $50k in the second year, and $50k and $100k in the third year, respectively.
Total 3 years of rewards from customers A and B will be:
- Eligible A: ⌊90 / 65⌋ = 1
- Eligible B: ⌊90 / 75⌋ = 1
- Commission A: ($100k + $200k + $50k) × 10% × 1 = $35k
- Commission B: ($150k + $50k + $100k) × 10% × 1 = $30k
- Bouns A: (⌊$100k / $50k⌋ + ⌊$200k / $50k⌋ + ⌊$50k / $50k⌋) × $50k × 5% × 1 = $17.5k
